By purchasing the Cleaning & Aircon Service Bundle or the Deep Cleaning & Aircon Service Bundle (collectively referred to as the "Packages"), you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Package is redeemable for the respective service bookings:
   1. Cleaning & Aircon Service Bundle: Priced at $999, redeemable for cleaning and quarterly air conditioning services
      1. 12 Cleaning Services (3 hours each)
      2. 4 Air Conditioning Services (for up to 3 units)
   2. Deep Cleaning & Aircon Service Bundle: Priced at $499, redeemable for deep cleaning and quarterly air conditioning services.
      1. Whole House Deep Cleaning (500-700 sqft)
      2. 4 Air Conditioning Services (for up to 3 units)
2. Packages must be redeemed within 12 months from the date of purchase. (i.e. Package is purchased on 1 Oct 2024 - Customer is able to make and complete booking from 1 Oct 2024 to 30 Sep 2025)
3. Appointments for services must be scheduled in advance with our dedicated account manager who will reach out upon your first purchase and are subject to availability.
4. Packages are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other services not included in the package.
5. Packages are non-cancellable and non-refundable to cash in part or whole
6. If additional service hours or requirements are needed beyond what is included in the package, a 10% discount will be applied to the total cost of the top-up services.
7. Rescheduling of appointments must be made at least 24 hours in advance.
8. Sendhelper reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.
9. Sendhelper’s decision on all matters relating to the promotion will be final and binding on all participants.
10. Sendhelper, through the Sendhelper platform, offers information and a method to obtain the above services but does not itself provide these services. The provision of these services is up to the independent professionals, scheduled through the Sendhelper Platform.
