General Terms and Conditions for the Promotions
- Only new Sendhelper customers are eligible for the promotions.
- Customer no-shows; customer cancellations; and customer’s rescheduling of services that fall outside the applicable promotional period, will be excluded from eligibility for the promotions.
- The promo code must be applied at the time of booking to avail of the relevant promotion.
- The promotions cannot be combined together or with any other offers or discounts.
- Sendhelper reserves the right, at its absolute discretion, to modify, suspend, or terminate this promotion and its terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
- Sendhelper’s decision on all matters related to the promotions are final and binding.

Promotion Specific Details
1. $80 Grab™ Voucher Reward for Home Cleaning Services
Receive a total of $80 in Grab™ vouchers upon completing four Home Cleaning services, by applying the promo code “CNY2025” at checkout for each individual booking (applicable for up to four bookings).
- Promotional period: the first booking must be scheduled and completed by January 31, 2025, and the fourth booking by March 15, 2025
- A maximum of $80 Grab™ vouchers will be distributed as individual $20 Grab™ voucher per completed service.
- This promotion is available to the first 300 new Sendhelper customers which comply with the promotion’s terms and conditions.
- This promotion excludes the Deep Cleaning service.
Grab™ Voucher Fulfillment
- Contact us via email at info@sendhelper.com or WhatsApp at +65 9387 5891 with the JOB ID to claim your vouchers after each eligible cleaning service is completed.
- Vouchers must be claimed within 7 working days of the completion of each service.
Booking Requirements
- The first booking must be scheduled and completed by January 31, 2025, and the fourth booking by March 15, 2025.
- The promo code CNY2025 must be applied on the first booking. Subsequent bookings do not require application of the promo code.
- A minimum spend of $90 per booking for Home Cleaning services is required to qualify for this promotion.
2. 8.8% Discount on All Other Services (excluding Home Cleaning)
- Enjoy 8.8% off for Sendhelper household services (Home Cleaning services are excluded from this promotion), by applying the promo code “88CNY” at checkout.
- Promotional period: January 31, 2025 and March 15, 2025.
- The maximum discount per customer is capped at $100.
- Each customer can redeem this offer only once during the promotional period.
- Each customer can redeem this offer only once during the promotional period. This promotion is subject to a total redemption cap of 300 new customers on a first-come, first-served basis.
Booking Requirements
- Bookings for this promotion must be made and completed between January 8, 2025, and February 10, 2025.
- A minimum spend of $50 per booking for Sendhelper household services (Home Cleaning services are excluded from this promotion) is required to qualify for this promotion.
