Terms & Conditions

1. $50 credits will be added to your Sendhelper account upon spending a minimum of $150 for home services on the Sendhelper website or app. You can combine multiple services to spend a total of $150 or more.

2. The offer is valid for services booked on the 20th of December 2023 and completed by 30th December 2023.

3. The offer is valid only for the first 50 users.

4. Customers must email info@sendhelper.com from their email address registered with Sendhelper to claim the FREE credits.

5. Claimed credits will be added to customers’ Sendhelper account within 3 days after receiving the claim request via email.

6. Credits must be utilised within 12 months of purchase.

7. Credits are non-refundable and non-transferable.

8. This promotion cannot be combined with any other offers or promotions.

9. Claimants shall not have any cancellation of jobs during the Promotion Period.

10. Sendhelper reserves the right at its absolute discretion to terminate, vary, delete or add any of these terms and conditions from time to time without notice.

11. Sendhelper’s decision on all matters relating to the promotion will be final and binding on all participants.

12. Sendhelper, through the Sendhelper platform, offers information & a method to obtain the above services but does not itself provide these services. The provision of these services is up to the independent professionals, scheduled through the Sendhelper Platform.
