Terms & Conditions

Eligibility‍

1. Book and complete any home service using the code BOGO between 2nd December 2024 and 31st December 2024.
2. Promotion is valid only for new users who have not completed a service on the Sendhelper platform before.
3. A minimum spending of $75 is required to qualify for this promotion.

Free Service Redemption

1. Contact Sendhelper's customer service via email at info@sendhelper.com or WhatsApp at +65 93875891 with the JOB ID to claim the complimentary service.
2. The free home cleaning service must be redeemed in January or February 2025.
3. The free home cleaning service is limited to a maximum of 3 hours.
4. This promotion is subject to a total redemption cap of 150 free services on a first-come, first-served basis.

Exclusions

1. This promotion is not valid for recurring services or AC Servicing Annual Contracts.
2. It cannot be combined with other discounts, promotions, or offers.
3. For Aircon Servicing, Deep Cleaning and Handyman Services, the promotion applies only to standard services. Add-ons, material charges, or customised services are excluded.

Booking and Scheduling

1. Eligible users can schedule the complimentary service in January or February 2025.
2. Scheduling the free cleaning service will be subject to the availability of service providers.
3. Cancellation of any bookings associated with this campaign during the promotion period is strictly prohibited.

General Terms

1. Sendhelper reserves the right, at its absolute discretion, to amend, modify, or terminate this promotion and its terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
2. Sendhelper’s decision on all matters related to the promotion is final and binding.
3. By participating in this promotion, users agree to abide by these terms and conditions.
4. By participating in this promotion, users consent to the collection, use, and processing of their personal data in accordance with Sendhelper's Privacy Policy, available on the Sendhelper platform.
