Booking Aircon Maintenance Service via the Sendhelper App
1. Log in to your Sendhelper account. If you do not have an account with us yet, click on “Sign Up” to create an account by inputting your name, contact number, email ID, and password.
2. Select “Aircon Servicing” to see our price list for air conditioning service.
3. Click “next” to load the page to enter your address and details of your location.
4. Click on “click here to add your address” and input your address along with the unit number, block number, apartment name and postal code and click “done”. You will be redirected to the previous page where you can enter the pending details other than your address.
5. Select your preferred date and time of servicing and add the number of units you would like to book the service for. For instance, if you want service for 2 aircon units, select 2 and click “choose”.
6. Select whether it is a one-time service, contract servicing (tri-yearly or quarterly), or customised servicing and proceed by clicking “choose”. Check the visit charges shown on the page and click on “next” to continue with booking the service.
7. A page for entering additional details will appear where you will have to mention whether you have a pet, whether you have any message to the supplier or a promo code to add. You will also have the option to select a payment method - “Pay by card” or SendPay Credit.
8. Input the card details if you prefer to pay by card and submit your request. Your request will be confirmed when you land on the final page. You can wait for a confirmation email from us. Hurray!
